Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Some items, including personalised or made-to-order products, may take a little longer to prepare before dispatch. Any specific processing times will be shown on the product page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent using tracked or standard postal services.
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
International delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal services, but are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delays, lost or missing parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control. That said, if your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
